About me

I began my career in branding in 2012. Though I have since transitioned across industries and professions, strategic development and creative communication have consistently shaped my professional journey.

 

At the core of my endeavors is a commitment to fostering economic and human flourishing. To achieve this, I have developed a heart-centered approach that blends business acumen with psychological insight, producing sustainable results for the organizations and individuals I work with. I believe in the transformative power of businesses to effect positive change in the world and am excited to contribute to this process.

 

While I find fulfillment in my role as an independent consultant, I am convinced that teamwork amplifies our impact. This is why I am now looking to join a creative agency, where I can collaborate with a larger team of talented professionals.

 

I bring a wealth of experience from diverse regions, including the Americas, China, Europe, India, and the Middle East. In my role as a brand strategist and communications consultant, I seamlessly integrate the skills I honed in my other roles as a co-founder, educator, and psychologist.

My Approach

I help companies and individuals connect with their audience authentically.

As a brand strategist, my mission is to build impactful brands and foster meaningful connections between brands and their stakeholders. My approach is grounded in three foundational pillars.

 

The first pillar is crystallizing what the brand stands for, uncovering its “inner knowing.” Achieving clarity about the brand’s identity fosters integrity in both being and doing. This foundation leads to the second pillar: alignment. Here, internal and external stakeholders develop a shared understanding of the brand identity, enabling them to make decisions that reflect the brand’s essence and to authentically engage with its products and services.

 

The third pillar is relationship building, which blends active listening with authentic expression. In brand building and market relations, successful relationship building requires both passive engagement (data analysis) and active engagement (customer service and marketing), ensuring coherent and consistent brand communication.

 

In my work, I integrate business intelligence, design principles, and psychological insights to create brands that resonate deeply and make a lasting impact.
